The staff were very friendly, the hotel was generally clean and safe. The location was amazing. However during the bookings it said that it had a restaurant and a pool, but in reality the hotel was on renovation and we couldn't use any of them. The management was super greedy, the advertisement was showing that the breakfast was included, but on the first morning we learnt that it was not included. To make it even worse, they asked $3.75 for a cup of coffee saying that you do not have breakfast option with your reservation. It is not a good approach if someone is paying almost $1,000 to your hotel and you refuse to serve them a cup of coffee.
We are event presenters, and had a conference here. That very same night that there was a massive flood at the hotel due to crazy weather and city water pipe issues. The staff was incredible, solicitous and cool under pressure. This is when you really see the measure of an organization! And our event was beautiful, and the rooms were excellent.
Very accommodating staff, service is awesome Even though they are undergoing renovations, we did not want or need anything. The breakfast is amazing!
This Holiday Inn is in need of a refab, which I believe is coming. My stay was pleasant, but I had some issues with the AC that were not resolved and other than CF Carrefour Laval, there were not many restaurants nearby. Fine for a quick night’s stay, but wouldn’t stay for longer.
Hotel is undergoing renovations, so pretty empty. I think we were in a room waiting to be renovated. Hotel restaurant was closed, they did have coupons for two restaurants "within walking distance." It is a walk to get to them. They did have breakfast in the hotel, which was quite good, buffet style. A bit more than I would normally pay for breakfast, but they brought over coffee and juice, had quite a variety of breakfast foods. The hotel is right across the street from a bus station, so very convenient for getting in and out of downtown Montreal.

Nice hotel, still in the process of being renovated when we visited so there was no pool access. All staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here.
